I’ve always been a fitness fanatic. This past summer, my daughter and I joined GRIT to try bootcamp for the very first time.
The advice I would give to a new GRIT member is to keep coming back. The program is outstanding, the coaches are phenomenal, and the results are exciting.
Both of daughters are very talented competitive dancers and their mother can’t dance!
I love the early morning group functional fitness classes. The total body sessions are my favorite.
A couple of fitness goals I am working towards are building strength and improving my endurance.
