After visiting with a doctor, and trying everything, for years, I found a plan that worked for me. I have been busy being a mom of 3 boys and wanted to do something just for ME. A little over a year later I am happy to be where I’m at.
Ever since losing weight I like to lift weights. I never in a million years thought I would be a person to say that! I also love when we can run outside.
Just do it, do something just for you, if you are nervous, reach out, I’d love to have you join me! I have made the best of friends and actually look forward to seeing my gym buddies every morning at 5AM.
I have extreme OCD, especially when it comes to clothes. I will never repeat workout pants or a tank in the same week. I rotate weekly between fun-colored leggings with solid tanks to black leggings with bright colored tanks.
I’m happy to say my fitness goals have changed in the past year. I now am looking for definition in my arms and a flat tummy. But my number 1 goal is my mental health. Working out is the only time I don’t think about the crazy circus I have at home, or the 20 students I will teach that day, or all the running back and forth to sports I have to do for my own children. It clears my head and gets my day off on the right foot
