I have always worked out but took a big break while raising my four children as a single Mom. When I saw this gym open in Texas Corners (and my kiddos were older) I was ready to jump back into my fitness journey!
I was the aerobics instructor at my college for my dorm.
Continue to follow my fitness journey so I can be a kick ass Grandma!
The Coaches are excellent trainers and will guide you on your fitness journey, whatever that looks like for you. The athletes are welcoming, kind, and fun! GRIT is more like a family which encourages me to show up. It's a great gym to be a part of.
I love cardio! However, my new passion is lifting more. Recently (mainly due to the last challenge) I started focusing more on lifting, protein and water intake. I actually have muscles in my arms! Now I have a new love for lifting!
